Experienced Public Safety Telecommunicator with previous Customer Service and Purchasing History

would like to hold a challenging job full of variety to utilize my numerous acquired customer service and telecommunications skills along with continuing to learn many new ones. 

With many years in numerous types of office settings which all involved customer service and clerical duties, I have proven to be reliable, committed, and willing to learn new tasks.  In addition to being detail orientatedorganized along with multitasking in order to be able to be flexible to change from one task to another and prioritize as needed.  

I have a sense of time critical functions as I have worked under a daily shipping schedule to meet the necessity of on-time deliveries with ever changing requirements and needing to prioritize incoming police calls, dispatch, and monitor police units.  I have utilized various computer programs to assist in organizing all necessary information and research background information.  In addition, data entry has been involved and must be fully accurate.  Established teamwork relationships with clear communication among coworkers and customers/citizens has been necessary to meet all those demands.   

With my experience volunteering as a member of the Mountlake Terrace Juvenile Court Conference Committee, previous receptionist duties, and past and present citizen and customer interactions, I have the experience in dealing with people verbally along with written correspondence.  From legal and court documents such as Juvenile Diversion Agreements to customer pricing and criminal backgrounds, I understand the importance of confidentiality and accurate records keeping in all matters.
