Experienced FAA Regulatory & Certification professional

I have worked for the past 15+ years as an Airworthiness/Certification Project Engineer on large transport (14CFR Part 25) aircraft from VIP modifications, commercial military derivative aircraft (MDA) modifications, and most recently, various commercial airline interior retrofit/modifications; These years also afforded me the opportunity to obtain designation by the FAA as a Fire Properties and Certification Project Management DER. Managing Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) projects from start to finish have been the formative years of my aerospace certification engineering career by exposing me to many areas of the industry from engineering and substantiation requirements to complex certification program management as well as being a part of program teams and providing leadership and training to junior staff. (I have a work history package available for your review upon request).

My career has exposed me to various aspects of technical and high-paced project cycles as well as close team cooperative environments. As someone with an eye for detail and impulse for organization, I thrive on keeping projects running smoothly from kickoff through launch. My experience working with cross-functional teams has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships and inspiring a shared project vision with emphasis on clear communication.
