As a member of the Microsoft Surface Dev Team, documented software defects using Azure DevOps Server bug tracking system and logged defects involving program functionality, to include regression testing and incompatibility testing & reporting issues to developers in a timely manner. Performed system level qualifications on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Pen & Microsoft Surface devices and analyzed the results for product management sign off.

Key Contributions and Achievements:
• Executed Bluetooth test plans, loaded Microsoft Slim Pen drivers, performed initial investigation and debugging of BT issues.
• Setup hardware and configured software tools used on Optofidelity 6-Axis robot & Newmark 3-Axis robot to perform accuracy, pressure, latency, jitter, reliability and other testing on Microsoft Touch-enabled Surface devices.
• Configured DVE lab in such a way that it would maximized ALL of the test hardware available to ensure all test cases could be performed in a timely manner.
• Setup dozens of Deluxe Dev Kits (DDK) received from distribution, installed, imaged and upgraded Last Known Good (LKG) software onto Surface Hub 2S devices.
• Worked as an independent contributor- Conducting end to end Sanity, Regression and Smoke testing- Executed automation scripts as well as run test manually.
• While working in lab environment, picked up from distribution and configured imaged, distributed, and tracked in TFS database all pre-production devices (EV 2 thru EV 4.3c) as they arrived from Distribution.
