Job description

Your main responsibility is to support our customers and manage the daily office functions as needed.


  • Serve as receptionist greeting guests and answering the phone
  • Perform clerical support tasks as assigned
  • Sales order entry, RMA processing, shipment tracking and all other customer service-oriented tasks
  • Assist in fixture project management and job scheduling
  • Creation and updating of project statements of work
  • Perform pre-production PCB data manipulation with use of Demille software
  • Coordinate with third-party CAD translators
  • Responsible for ordering of specialized hardware for specific projects

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment
  • Professional phone and email etiquette a must
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with other departments
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Must possess advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office 365
