Property Maintenance Worker
Location: Everett, WA
Pay: $20.00 per hour to start, depending upon experience and skillset
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities and qualifications may include:
-A minimum of 6 months or more of apartment maintenance experience, or equivalent
-Picking up refuse and depositing it into the dumpsters
-Pressure washing
-Interior painting
-Changing out light bulbs
-Fix cabinet doors
-Flipping apartments from move-outs and getting them ready for new move-ins
-Basic apartment maintenance such as changing locks, resetting breakers, releasing clogs, replacing doorknobs, hinges, switches, etc.
-Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, and electrical systems
-Delivering notices
-Groundskeeping and common area clean-up and maintenance
-Putting in new appliances
