As a Production Lead, your goal would be to come alongside and develop individuals on your team through hands-on learning and personal mentorship. You would be responsible for the overall flow and quality of product through your department and managing the schedule to meet our customer’s needs. As a leader at Kaas Tailored, you would have access to our excellent “Connect, Grow, Go” development program that would give you opportunities to experience high-level learning and personal development. This position begins with learning our production processes and company standards by shadowing current leaders.

Regular schedule is 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday - Thursday. Overtime opportunities on Fridays.

-Use a variety of tools and understand how our product is built (we can teach you!).

-The desire to serve others and lead with humility.

-1 to 2 years of successful experience leading a diverse team of people.

-The desire to make a positive impact within the organization.

-Able to give and receive feedback effectively.

-The desire to grow and take on more responsibility.

-Able to stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift.

-Valuing people for who they are and coaching them to grow towards their giftings.

-Able to complete training for QA Stamp for final department inspection within 12 weeks of start.

Starting wage range, depending on experience, is $23.00 - $27.00 per hour.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Under 12 months: 1 hour PTO for every 30 worked.

After 1 Year: 70 hours PTO

After 3 Years: 110 hours PTO

After 5 Years: 120 hours + 30 hours paid Holiday during Christmas week

Holidays:  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are paid for 10 hours after 1 month of employment.

Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits:  Eligible for coverage on the 1st day of the month following completion of 60 days of employment.

Tuition Assistance:  Eligible after 6 months of employment.
