A growing Monroe company is looking to add multiple General Laborers to its team. This position is a long-term evaluation hire position. This company makes a unique product that assists several groups of people from all over the globe.

General Laborer
Location: Monroe, WA
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour to start. The wage increases after the probationary period and is contingent upon work ethic and performance.
Benefits offered: This company offers an increase in pay after the probationary period as well as competitive pay, medical benefits, holiday, and vacation pay!
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:30AM – 4:00PM; overtime as needed

Responsibilities and qualifications include:  
- General labor
- Set up the structures
- Inspecting the structures for damage, holes, etc.
- Packing and unpacking product
- Some machine operations including power tools and saws
- Working outside in all types of weather conditions as well as inside in the warehouse
- Assist in other areas as needed
- This is a tobacco-free facility and job site. Use of tobacco is prohibited in all areas of the premises
