Electrical Contractor looking for Part time, 24-30 hours a week, three days a week office assistant/ receptionist. No weekends. Closed holidays.
Duties include, but not limited to: front office greeting and customer service, answering four line phone system, filing, maintaining spreadsheets on excel, monitoring online timekeeping, lien releases, assisting project managers with special projects, maintaining office supplies, light cleaning, permit buying and job packet making. Computer knowledge is a must as there are numerous websites we use for day to day operations. Ideal applicant is flexible, a self starter, someone who can stay busy and able to work alone. Experience not required but helpful.
