As a Sewing Technician, you would be part of our team responsible for sewing components that are a subassembly for finished parts. Individuals in this position are comfortable using sewing machines, able to read and comprehend production notes, and able to follow directions to maintain our high-quality standards. Sewing Technicians who thrive in this fast-paced work environment are systematic thinkers, quick learners, and love to work with their hands.

Regular schedule is 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday - Thursday. Potential overtime opportunities on Fridays.

Benefits package includes:
Starting Wage of $17.00 per hour with a clear path for wage growth.
Full Sew Tech Range is $17.00 - $20.35 with potential for growth in other roles!

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Under 12 months: 1 hour PTO for every 30 worked.
After 1 Year: 70 hours PTO
After 3 Years: 110 hours PTO
After 5 Years: 120 hours + 30 hours paid Holiday during Christmas week

Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are paid for 10 hours after 1 month of employment.
Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits: Eligible for coverage on the 1st day of the month following completion of 60 days of employment.
Tuition Assistance: Eligible after 6 months of employment.
401(k): Employer match based on the profitability of the company.
Technology Reimbursement: Eligible after 1 year of employment.
