Landscape Construction Foreman
Landscape construction contractor is seeking Landscape Foreman/Superintendent to work on commercial construction projects.

Minimum 5 years commercial landscape construction experience.

Experience reading plans, performing layout and directing project sequencing.

Experience operating mini-excavators, skid-steers, trenchers and other construction equipment.

Experience with Irrigation and drainage installation and repair.

Responsibilities Include:

Install new mainline, laterals, valves, couplers and heads. Troubleshoot and repair system problems (fix leaks, repair damaged sprinkler heads, etc.) as well as Winterizing and Start-up.

Proven experience working with mainline and commercial irrigation.

Common Plant Identification and planting experience is required.

Knowledgeable of standard landscape construction practices.

Capable of lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds.

Ability to supervise and train employees and lead by example.

Self-motivated and positive attitude.

Dependable, reliable, and ethical.

Must possess a valid WA driver's license and insurable driving record.

Full-Time employment Monday through Friday. Pay $30+, $40-50 for prevailing wage projects.
