Woodworker
Location: Monroe, WA

Contract Type: Evaluation to hire – long term
Pay: $20.27 per hour to start, depending upon experience. Wage increases after the probationary period and is contingent upon work ethic and performance.

Benefits offered: 9 paid holidays, paid vacation: 2 weeks for the first 5 years and then 3 weeks beyond, Medical insurance benefits, annual bonuses, Simple IRA up to a 3% company match, discounts, and free rental of products.
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 6:00am-2:30pm with overtime as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Prior manufacturing or production experience with a focus on woodwork is desired!
-Inspects raw materials for quality
-Cut the raw materials to predetermined lengths for manufacturing
-Cut, shape, glue, mill, and prep the product for the finishing room
-Support other production departments as requested (i.e. sales demand and/or seasonal demand)
-Assist in the product assembly area including moving finished products to the shipping department, checking in supplies, prepping the product for assembly
