Industrial Sewer
Location: Everett, WA
Contract Type: Evaluation to hire – Long term.
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour to start, depending upon experience. Wage increases after the probationary period and is contingent upon work ethic and performance.
Benefits offered: Pay increases, Vacation time, 401(k) contribution, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance benefits.
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:00a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities and qualifications include:
-A minimum of 1 year or more experience using an industrial sewing machine is highly desired
-Knowledge of the Russian language is a plus, but not required
-Strong attention to detail
-Basic math and tape measure skills
-Interpret work orders to ensure quality customer orders are processed in accordance with customer requests
-Utilizing an industrial sewing machine to sew heavy and durable materials
-Installing foam and vinyl on wood and plastic substrates by means of stretching/gluing/stapling
-Sewing fabrics onto the product
-General workspace clean up
-Additional responsibilities as required
