Front Desk Receptionist / Resident Support
Location: Everett, WA
Pay: $18.00 per hour to start.  Wage increases after the probationary period and is contingent upon work ethic and performance.
Schedule: There are several shifts to choose from:
Night: Saturday-Wednesday: 10:00pm-6:30am
Days: Tuesday-Saturday: 6:00am-2:30pm

Qualifications and responsibilities include:
-While this is an entry-level position, a minimum of 6 months or more of recent experience working reception or front desk area, or equivalent is highly desired!
-Prioritize workflow, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately
-Detail-oriented and highly organized with proven follow-up capabilities
-Greet incoming guests and residents
-Provide a positive, customer-forward experience in person, via phone, and email
-Provide assistance by answering questions, directions, etc.
-Data-entry
-Tidy the front lobby as needed
-Regularly interact with the residents
-Work well with a variety of different people
