Customer Service Representative
Location: Monroe, WA
Pay: $19.13 per hour to start. The wage increases after the probationary period and is contingent upon work ethic and performance.

Benefits offered: 9 paid holidays, paid vacation: 2 weeks for the first 5 years and then 3 weeks beyond, Medical insurance benefits, annual bonuses, Simple IRA up to a 3% company match, discounts, and free rental of products.
Schedule: This is a day shift position. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities and qualifications include:
-A minimum of one year or more of recent experience in a customer service role, data mining role, direct sales, or equivalent
-Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, including Outlook, etc.
-Communicate effectively on the telephone, in person, and in written correspondence with staff and patients
-Prioritize workflow, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately in a fast-paced environment
-Detail-oriented and highly organized with proven follow-up capabilities
-Provide a positive customer service experience in person, on the phone, and via email
-Answer phone calls, take and distribute messages, and direct calls
-Input orders accurately into system
-Set up and maintain accounts
-Confirm pre-season orders
-Process, and communicate repairs and warranty orders through to completion
-Perform administrative tasks and projects as assigned
-Attend shows and events as needed to promote company products
-Create reports
