Bent Shaft Roller
Location: Monroe, WA
Contract type: Evaluation to hire – long term.
Pay: $19.13 per hour. The pay increases after the probationary period and is based upon performance.
Benefits offered: 9 paid holidays, paid vacation: 2 weeks for the first 5 years and then 3 weeks beyond, medical insurance benefits, annual bonuses, Simple IRA up to a 3% company match, discounts, and free rental of products!
Schedule: This is a day shift position. Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm. Overtime as needed.

Responsibilities and qualifications include:
- 6 months or more of recent work history is preferred; training will be provided! 
- Rolling different types of fabric around a rod
- Forming and shaping the materials
- Working with fiberglass
- Utilize hand tools
- General warehouse/workstation clean
- Follow production work orders
- Other duties as assigned
