Maintenance Technician
Location: Snohomish County
Pay: Earn up to $23.00 hourly /$920.00 weekly, depending upon experience, plus -$.58 per mile for travel
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities and qualifications include:
-Previous experience in a maintenance technician role or equivalent
-Basic working knowledge of plumbing and electrical repairs
-Travel to the different locations to perform maintenance and handyman duties
-Turning apartments to be rented to new tenants
-Plumbing duties such as unclogging drains, sinks, tubs, showers, and exterior drains
-Electrical repairs such as repairing wires, plugs, and switches
-Replacing locks, doorknobs, hinges, etc.
-Ensure safety equipment is in good working order
-Unlocking apartments for tenants
-Disposal/removal of refuse in communal areas
